Learned Counsel seek disposal of the second appeal in terms of the Minutes of Order. Copies of the resolution passed by the Standing Committee of the Appellant Corporation, which is confirmed by the General Body of the Corporation, are annexed to the Minutes. The Minutes initialled by learned Counsel for the parties are taken on record, marked “X” for identification. The undertaking of the Respondent in terms of para 2 is accepted by the court. The undertaking is furnished in the presence of the Respondent. The second appeal is disposed of in terms of the Minutes of Order.
