12/02/2015 i.e. the mother of the petitioner died in the year 2007. The petitioner has approached the respondent and the respondent had directed the petitioner to bring succession certificate. In doing so, time was lost. Considering the said aspect, we had passed order dated 12/02/2015 in Writ Petition No. 5266 of 2014.
