. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this Court has dismissed the writ petition only on the ground that, there is no corroborative evidence. However, caste certificate issued in favour of present applicant, so also his brother is placed on record. Validity issued in favour of his brother is also placed on record. The 7/12 extract is placed on record, which shows cast as Mahadeo Koli. According to the learned counsel other corroborative evidence is on record. In the light of that, there is an error apparent on the face of record.
