The respondent is ready and willing to

Rs.2000/- on each date, when the applicant attends
the proceeding at Latur. The undertaking is
accepted. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Latur shall
ensure that the applicant will get Rs.2000/-
(Rs. Two thousand only) on each date, if she
attends the proceedings.

Application stands disposed of.
