On hearing Shri Lotlikar, the learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and Shri Sardessai, the learned Senior Counsel for respondent nos.2 to 8, I do not find that any case for review of the judgment is made out. Civil Application (Review) is, therefore, dismissed. However, it is made clear that in the event the applicant takes recourse to the remedy before the Civil Court, the appellate order and the order passed in the Writ Petition, shall not come in the way of the applicant.
