On page 5 of the judgment in fourth line the figure “ Rs.5,76,0000/- ” is wrongly mentioned and in fact, it has to be “ Rs.5,76,000/- ”.
Similarly on page 6 of the judgment in first line the figure “ Rs.4,88,5000/- ” is wrongly shown and in fact it should be “ Rs.4,88,500/- ”.
Apparently, the typographical error is due to inadvertence.
Office is directed to carryout the corrections in the judgment and supply certified copy of the judgment to the parties without any charges.
The civil application is allowed accordingly.
