respondents 1 and 2. Notice issued to respondent no.3

2. This is an application for condonation of delay

of 25 days caused in filing of the first appeal.
For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is
condoned. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.

3. In appeal, issue notice to the Respondents,
returnable on 15.02.2018. Mr. Bide, the learned
counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 2.
