O R D E R :
Motion is made for speaking to the minutes
in respect of order passed on 19.12.2017 by this
Court in this Civil Application.
2.Heard learned counsel for the applicants
as well as learned A.G.P.. Both of them have
stated that on 19.12.2017 when the order was
passed, on that day this Court has permitted the
applicants to withdraw 50 per cent amount
unconditionally, however, further order is not
seen in the order. Learned A.G.P. also states
that on that day the Court had dictated that

remaining 50 per cent amount be permitted to be
withdrawn on furnishing security to the
satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.
3.Necessary correction be made and corrected
copy be issued.
4. Motion is accordingly disposed of.
