1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
2.These are the applications for stay to the
execution and operation of the impugned Award. For the
reasons stated in the applications the execution and
operation of the impugned Award is stayed on condition
that the appellant shall deposit entire amount of
compensation together with interest accrued thereon
within a period of 12 weeks.
3.Civil Applications are disposed of.
