This is an application for further modification of condition to attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month. The record reveals that the said condition was originally imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 29.02.2012 and the same was subsequently on two occasions modified and the applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month. In view thereof, according to me, the said condition need not further be modified. The application is, accordingly, rejected.
