This is an application for suspension of

sentence and grant of bail.

The applications of other co-accused have already been allowed by this Court vide orders dated 18/02/2016, 11/01/2017 and 24/01/2017.

Perusal of the record reveals that the role attributed to the present applicant is identical to the role attributed to the other co-accused, who have already been released on bail by this Court.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The substantive sentence imposed on the applicant shall remain suspended during the

appa.88.17 2 pendency of the present appeal. The applicant is directed to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as were in the trial Court, however, with fresh bonds. The other conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 18/02/2016 in Criminal Application No.743/2015 would also be applicable to the present applicant.
