ORAL ORDER [PER SMT. V.K.TAHIRLAMANI,J.]:
1 Heard both sides.
2 The applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground
that his wife is pregnant and she has some medical health problems and she is due for delivery between 14th April, 2017 and 17th April, 2017. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the wife of the applicant has no parents. This fact is admitted by the learned A.P.P. It is further stated that the only person to take care of the wife of the applicant, is his mother i.e. mother-in-law of the wife of the applicant, who herself has health problems.

3 The jail record of the applicant shows that he was granted furlough on three occasions. On two occasions, he reported back to the prison in time and on 3rd occasion, he also reported back to the prison on his own however, one day late. it is seen that the applicant was released on parole and he has reported back to the prison on his own. In this view of the matter, we are inclined to grant temporary bail to the applicant for a period of two months. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) The applicant-Sachin @ Pintu Pratap @ Sanjay Patil to be released on temporary bail for a period of two months on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. twenty five thousand only) with one or two sureties to make up the said amount.
(ii) During the period that the applicant is on bail, he shall report to Islampur Police Station, Sangli twice in a week i.e. on every Monday and Friday.
(iii) Application is allowed in above terms.
