This is an appeal against the acquittal of the sole accused in Sessions Case No.24 of 2003, who is respondent no.1 in the present appeal. The learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that respondent no.1 is no more. He produced death certificate of respondent no.1, which shows that he expired on 12/04/2017. The appeal accordingly disposed of.
