directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition
No.3596/2016 alongwith companion petitions decided on
19.7.2016. It would be obligatory for the respondent –
bank to adhere to the time-frame provided under the
aforesaid order and as such no separate directions need
to be issued in the instant writ petition. The writ
petition is accordingly disposed of.
