Parties through their Counsel. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners as also learned Counsel for Respondents submits that the parties are likely to settle the matter out of Court. However, as we find that as Petition itself is not maintainable we decline to entertain this Petition. Accordingly we dismiss this Petition. It is observed that if the matter is not settled, it will be open for the Petitioners to seek any other remedy as may be available to them under law.
