1] It is pointed out that the Medical Reimbursement Bills in respect of the treatment administered to the husband of the petitioner are forwarded by the University/Employer, for recording approval to the State Government in the year 2010. However, no decision has yet been taken by the State Government.
2] In the circumstances, respondent State is directed to take decision on the proposal in respect of reimbursement of medical bills admissible to the petitioner, forwarded by the University, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 3 months from today and it is accordingly directed. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
