ORDER :

1]The petitioners have already submitted proposals for
issuance of the caste certificates at Setu Centre (e-
service centre). It is informed that the e-service
(Setu) centre has been closed down and the operator of

the centre has discontinued the services. As such, the

applications tendered by the petitioners did not reach
the office of Sub-Divisional Officer. The petitioners

submit that since the original documents were submitted
at the e-service centre, they are not in a position to

submit the original documents and would tender the xerox
copies of the documents.

2]The proposals of the petitioners togetherwith the
xerox copies shall be accepted by the respondents if
submitted within a period of one week from today.
Appropriate decision shall be taken by the respondent
(S.D.O.) within a period of one week from the date of
receipt of the proposals from the petitioners.
3]With the directions as above, the writ petition
stands disposed of. No costs.
