1)Heard. Since the Zilla Parishad has accepted the
claim of the petitioners by holding the concerned employees
entitled to the service benefits accrueable to them, the
grievances raised by the petitioners in the instant petitions
stand redressed.

2)A copy of the order passed by the Zilla Parishad on
14th March, 2016, accepting the monetary claim of husband of
the petitioners/petitioners, is placed on record and the same
is marked as "X" for identification.

¶13

3)The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent/Zilla
Parishad stated that the actual monetary benefits accrueable
to the husband of the petitioners/petitioners in pursuance to
the order dated 14.3.2016, would be released as expeditiously
as possible and preferably within a period of three months
from today. The statement is accepted.

4)In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed
of.
