In view of the contentions made in the writ petition we do not find that the case is made out to interfere in writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution.
In any case, the petitioner has alternate remedy available of either to file a private complaint or proceedings under section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail alternate remedy.
