hearing by both ears is affected and he cannot hear at all. His further case is that he was sent to the hospital in

Kolhapur but the hospital gave certificate that he cannot be
treated there. Hence, the prayer of the petitioner is that he be shifted to a jail in Mumbai so that he can take treatment
in J.J. Hospital at Mumbai.
