2 This is an application for expediting the hearing of Cri. Appeal No. 788 of 2013. The learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that this Court in its order dated 19.11.2013 in the application for bail preferred by the applicant being Cri.

Application No. 948 of 2013, has observed that it would be appropriate that the appeal is listed for final hearing. Learned counsel pointed out that despite this order, the appeal has not yet been placed on the final hearing board though she has submitted compilation of the evidence. In this view of the matter, appeal be placed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 9.1.2017.
3 Application is allowed in above terms.
