2 The prayer of the petitioner in this petition is for
parole. Learned A.P.P. pointed out that the Supreme Court has granted bail to the petitioner and pursuant to the order of bail, the petitioner has been released from prison. In view of these facts, the petition is infructous and hence, rule is discharged.
