Indus Towers Limited and Ors. Vs the State of Mah and Ors.

In an affidavit-in-reply presented on behalf of respondents 2 and 3, it is recorded that petitioner-company has paid Rs. 12,200/- towards nonagriculture charges for using the premises and, whatever dues towards the company, the same would be recovered in accordance with the provisions of law. It would be open for the respondents to effect recovery of nonagriculture charges in accordance with provisions of law. Since the seal put to the tower has already been removed and that petitioner-company has deposited sum of Rs. 12,200/- towards non-agriculture charges, we do not deem it necessary to issue any further order in the petition. The grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
