The petitioner had to surrender back to prison on

19.12.2015. On 7.12.2015, the petitioner preferred an application for extension of furlough on the ground that his son was ill. This application was sent to P.I. of Satara Taluka Police Station for verification. The police report shows that the reason given by the petitioner that his son is sick is found to be true. So also, the petitioner was regularly attending the Police Station as directed. Moreover, during
the period that the petitioner was on furlough, there was no adverse report against the petitioner.
