After the Petition was heard for sometime, it is agreed

by parties that it should be disposed of with the following order:-

(i) The Petitioner is mother of Neo Bernard Soans, a minor studying in Class VII of the school, namely, Seven Square Academy.

¶15

(ii) Respondent No. 1 is the Principal/Head Mistress and Respondent No. 2 is the Chairman of the Education Society, which manages and runs this school.

(iii) The Petitioner complained to this Court that the child has been expelled from the school midway and midterm when he was pursuing the VIIth Standard studies and attending classes regularly.

(iv) Now, it is agreed by both sides that the child will continue his education at the said school in the VIIth Standard only and will be permitted to attend the classes with regular students and appear at the examination to be conducted annually. That annual examination is scheduled in March, 2016.

(v) The Petitioner's child will also be permitted to take all tests or internal assessments prior to such annual examination.

(vi) The Petitioner withdraws all allegations as made in the Petition against the School, Principal so also the Management, unconditionally.

¶23

(vii) The Petitioner's child will be able to attend the classes from Monday i.e. 11^th January, 2016 and also take part in all extra curricular activities.

With this order and directions and agreement of parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
