We are informed that since the revision application is pending before the Hon'ble Minister for State Excise, we direct the said authority to decide the Petitioners' revision / appeal within two weeks, and also take a decision. If he is unable to decide the same within 2 weeks, we will consider the Petitioners' application for grant of interim relief. The Respondent-State authority shall give personal hearing to the Petitioners. With this direction, petition is disposed of. All contentions of the Petitioners are kept open.
