ORAL ORDER [PER SMT. V.K.TAHILRAMANI, J. ]:
2 The case of the petitioner is that he preferred an application for parole on 22.8.2013, however, the said application came to be rejected. Hence, the petitioner is now seeking that he be released on parole.
3 It is seen that the petitioner had relied on two medical certificates in support of his application for parole.

These certificates are of the year 2013. Today, it is not possible to grant parole on the basis of medical certificates of the year 2013, hence, we are not inclined to grant parole to the petitioner, however, if today, any ground exists on which the petitioner can seek parole, it would be open to the petitioner to prefer a fresh application annexing relevant recent certificates. If such an application is preferred by the petitioner, the same to be decided expeditiously by the concerned authorities.
4 In view of the above, we are not inclined to grant prayer of the petitioner for parole, hence, rule is discharged.
