petitioners submits that the proposals
withfavourable recommendations by
respondent No.2 for running 5th to 7th

standards as per natural growth, are
pending with respondent No.1. However,
respondent No.1 has not taken decision on
the said proposals.

3In the light of the submissions of
the learned Counsel for the petitioners,
we direct respondent No.1 to take
decision, if already not taken, on all the
five proposals, which are subject matter
of the aforementioned five writ petitions,
as expeditiously as possible; however, on
or before 15th June, 2016.

4With the above observations, all the
writ petitions stand disposed of.
