1]An affidavit has been presented on behalf of
respondent no.4 – bank contending therein that the
petitioners have already handed over the possession of
the premises and that the bank has in turn further handed
over the possession to the auction purchasers. The
possession receipt issued by the petitioners is placed on
record at Exhibit R-1.
2]In this view of the matter, the grievance raised in
these petitions does not deserve consideration. The writ
petitions stand disposed of.
