first respondent. On going through the same, we find that the
same is the letter indicating the decision taken by the Bank in its
meeting in regard to nonsanctioning of loan to the some of the
farmers. In case, any of the farmer is aggrieved by the said

decision, it is open for him to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
we dismiss the Public Interest Litigation for want of prosecution.
