The present Public Interest Litigation is filed by the petitioner in-person, with regard to pathetic traffic condition in the city of Nagpur.

The Court has already seized of the suo motu P.I.L. with regard to the said issue. We do not find it necessary to have multiple PILs for the same issue.

If the petitioner has any suggestion, he can either intervene in the said PIL or give his suggestions to the learned amicus , which can very well be looked into by this Court.

The PIL is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
