1.For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, and
despite the energetic opposition from the Petitioner, the Notice of
Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
2.Office objections are to be removed on or before 11th April
2016. The Applicant shall pay costs quantified at Rs. 1,000/- to the

Advocate for the Petitioner as a condition precedent. If the
objections are not removed by that date, the matter shall stand
dismissed without further reference to the Court and will not be
restored thereafter, even on payment of costs.
