compliance with Clause 2(i) of the Consent Terms.

2.Having seen the Consent Terms and being satisfied that they
are in order, not contrary to law, reasonable, reflect the true and
correct intention of the parties and are signed by the parties on their
own volition, without fraud, the Parsi Suit No.26 of 2012 along with
Notice of Motion No. 5 of 2013 and Notice of Motion No. 2 of 2015
are all disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms.
3. Ms. Bhatia confirms that she has already handed over a copy of her client’s letter withdrawing all police complaints against the Defendant.
4. Parties will be at liberty to seek drawn up decree only in respect of the divorce granted earlier.
5. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
