1.The Judge’s Order is permitted with modification. The
bracketed portion at page 3, i.e., the words “without the Petitioner
being liable to render an account for the same” are deleted. The
Petitioner is required to render an account of the expenses incurred
for the education and maintenance of the minor. These accounts are
to be filed only once a year on or before 31st December of each year
till the minor attains majority. The return of documents is
expedited.
