He submits that he will attend office of the Official Assignee tomorrow i.e. on 21 December 2016 at 11.00 a.m. and also take steps to comply with all requisitions of the Official Assignee. He also submits that his wife Shobha Subhash Mansukh (Insolvent No.2) is at her native place due to illness of her mother and that she will also co-operate with the Official Assignee for compliance with all requisitions made against her. Rule nisi is, accordingly, discharged.
