The petitioner is before us seeking the following reliefs:
“a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India to respondent No.1 to 3 to register F.I.R. against respondent No.7 to 25 and other culprits on the representation made by the petitioner as annexed as an Exhibit- B and calling for the entire records

in respect of scam of Maharashtra Co-operative Bank and for submitting report from respondent No.1 to 3 before this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct any of the investigating agency/ commission as appointed by this Hon'ble Court to register F.I.R. and investigate and file a detailed Report within a specific period.
b. Interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayers (a) above;”
It is alleged that respondent Nos.7 to 25 have committed breach of trust by cheating general public and causing loss of Rs.1,400 crore being the persons who are in-charge of running the co-operative banks.
