The present petition is directed against the so-called scam of fertilizer and as reported in various media as per Exh.A to the petition. In this case, referring to the information in the media, a complaint was lodged on 1st April 2016 by the petitioner herein to respondent Nos.1 and 2 persuading them to hold an inquiry and do the needful pertaining to the alleged information with regard to fertilizer scam reported in the media.

approach the Director, Anti Corruption Bureau, State of Maharashtra with its representation within two weeks from today. If such representation is made, we direct the Director, Anti Corruption Bureau, though he is not party to this PIL but since he is represented by learned A.G.P., to consider the said representation and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with the procedure contemplated within one month from the date of receipt of the representation.
3. With the aforesaid observation, PIL is disposed of.
