2 In reply, Kiran Anant Lohar, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri on affidavit in paragraph 5 has made following statements:
“5) I say that pursuant to the said order dated 02/05/2016, I being the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri is taking immediate steps to accord necessary personal approval to the Petitioner teachers for appointment at aided school within a period of two weeks from today.”
3 With the affidavit, the letter dated 2.5.2016 issued by the Under Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, School Education and Sports Department is also annexed. Keeping in view, the statement made on affidavit stating therein that the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri is taking immediate steps to accord necessary personal approval to the PetitionersTeachers for appointment at aided school within a period of two weeks from today, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners do not want to press these petitions.
