We are satisfied that Respondent No.1 did not have any intention of scandalizing this Court or giving false report n the news-paper in view of averments made in the affidavit-inreply. Respondent No.1 has also tendered unconditional apology. The other two Respondents also have filed their reply on the similar lines. Contempt Petition is therefore dismissed.
