No particulars have been mentioned as to why the application was filed under the RTI Act and when the information was received by him. Delay of almost six years is therefore not explained. The date on which the SLP was dismissed also is not mentioned in para 2 of the application, though the annexture to the Review Petition shows that the SLP was dismissed on 25/08/2008. Almost six years thereafter the present application has been filed.
