It has been stated by learned counsel for writ Petitioners that the amount of back wages deposited by them, may be allowed to be withdrawn by Applicant herein, subject to furnishing a written undertaking to the Petitioner to the effect that in case the writ petition is allowed, the Applicant herein shall re-deposit the amount, as may be withdrawn.

In view of this, the civil application is disposed of with liberty to the Applicant herein to withdraw the amount deposited by writ Petitioners, subject to furnishing a written undertaking to the Petitioners that if ultimately writ petition is allowed, he will redeposit the amount as may be withdrawn.
