The application is almost in the nature of seeking review of the order dated 19/09/2014, vide which this Court had stayed the effect and operation of the impugned award subject to depositing 50% of the award amount by the appellant. The stay order was passed after hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant.
In that view of the matter, we do not find any substance in the application. Hence, the same is rejected.
