1]We have heard Shri Awate for the applicant, Shri
Dighe and the learned AGP for the State.
2]This is an application seeking leave to amend and
challenge the advertisement.
3]Shri Dighe, learned counsel submits that pursuant to
the said advertisement, the posts are filled in.
4] Be that as it may.5] Even if the amendment is allowed, the respondentsCA 9189/13 in WP 10485/12
will have every right to controvert the averments sought
to be made by way of amendment.
6]Considering the above, civil application is allowed
in terms of prayer clause [A] and disposed of. Necessary
amendment be carried out within 14 days.
7]Place the Writ Petition No.10485/2012 on 13.12.2016.
