1.The parties have filed consent terms. In fact, this is the
second round of such filing of consent terms. Consent terms were
previously filed on 9th June 2015 but the Company committed
default. The parties have once again negotiated and arrived at a
settlement. I am satisfied that these consent terms signed on behalf
of the parties, by their respective authorized signatories and
advocates, reflect the intention of the parties and are made without
coercion and pressure of any kind. The two authorized signatories

are personally present in Court. The undertakings in the consent
terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.
