The Applicant has preferred this application through jail praying therein that an Advocate be appointed from the Legal Aid Panel to represent him in his petition. In this view of the matter, we appoint Advocate Ms Nasreen Ayubi, who is on the panel of Advocates of the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the Petitioner in his petition i.e. Criminal Writ Petition No.1022 of 2016.
