2.This application was filed on 21st October,
2015. Thereafter, the Advocate for the applicant did
not circulate this matter for urgent orders. We have
perused the allegations in the FIR. Prime facie, we
find that the ingredients of the alleged offences are
disclosed. Hence, no case is made out for quashing of
the FIR. The criminal application stands rejected.
