2.It is an admitted fact that in the connected
matter between the same parties, arising out of
different cheque, this Court has condoned the delay.
The true copy of the said order dated 27th August, 2015
passed in Criminal Application No. 1135 of 2015 is filed
on record by the learned counsel for the applicant,
which is accepted on record and marked “X” for the
purpose of identification.
3.For the similar reasons forwarded in the
aforesaid order dated 27th August, 2015, the delay caused

in filing the application for leave to file appeal is
hereby condoned. The present application is accordingly
allowed and disposed of.
