2 The applicant has been convicted under Section 302 of IPC for causing the death of Suresh. The applicant is now seeking bail.
3 It is the prosecution case that on 25.9.2011 at about 8 p.m. the applicant had assaulted Suresh with knife infront of

grocery shop situated in Shastrinagar, Malkapur, Karad. The said shop was situated near the house of the deceased and PW 1 Manda and PW 2 Poonam. There are two eye witnesses to the incident i.e. PW 1 Manda and PW 2 Poonam. The medical evidence shows that Suresh had sustained three injuries i.e. one incised wound on thyroid cartilage and two stab injuries on the left side of the chest. In view of the above facts, we do not think that this is a fit case to grant bail. Application is rejected.
