2 The applicant is a lady. The applicant was granted bail by this Court by order dated 13.10.2011. One of the conditions for granting bail was that the applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station (Vashi Police Station, Navi

Mumbai) once in a month. The applicant is now seeking relaxation of the said condition. It is stated that the applicant is suffering from “Tuberculosis” and she has become very weak, hence, it is not possible for her to attend the police station at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. It was also prayed that the applicant be allowed to reside at Uttar Pradesh and be directed to attend the Police Station in Uttar Pradesh. We are not inclined to accede to this request, however, looking to the facts that the applicant is a lady and she is unwell, we relax the condition of reporting once in a month to the concerned police station to a reporting to the concerned police station once in three months.
