2 The prayer of the applicant in this application is for bail. Bail is mainly sought on medical ground. The learned A.P.P. has filed an affidavit. The affidavit shows that the applicant is handicapped. The medical certificate shows that both legs of the applicant have been amputated under hip. At present, in the jail the applicant is moving around in a wheel chair. He has also been operated for cataract. Moreover, the

applicant is about 70 years of age. Looking to these facts, we are inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(2) During the period that the applicant is on bail, he shall report once in a month i.e. on first Monday, to Kagal Police Station, Dist. Kolhapur.
